Features

    Chamfered entry on both faces: one side with a 2 to 3 thread chamfer for full-thread engagement; the opposite side with a 1 to 1-1/2 thread chamfer for threading close to a shoulder.

    Fine pitch adjustment screw controls the die gap, enabling precise setting for different materials and thread depths; the sides separate for cutting and retract for release.

    Beveled slot design allows adjustment when mounted in a machine holder; the adjusting screw can be removed so the holder’s screws perform the final adjustment.

    HSS construction provides wear resistance for repeated threading operations compared to standard dies.
